At Thomas Cook Airlines we fly to over 60 destinations worldwide and Fuerteventura is one of our favourite ones. Its wild landscapes, surprising nature, stunning beaches and unique colonial towns make our customers fall in love with this island all-year-round.
Other than deeply loving all the destinations we fly to, we also love photography because we think that it’s one of the most expressive ways of communicate messages, feelings and moments. It became obvious to us how combining Fuerteventura and photography would have exploded in stunning pictures. Seven bloggers joined us in this trip and their passion was also all around photography. This is how #Fuertadventura began.
While landing we were amazed by the clear sky and the beautiful scenery.
Once we realised that the temperature was as high as 29 degrees Celsius, we got rid of all our wintery clothes and made our way to our hotel in Corralejo. Along the way we noticed the beautiful Roja Montana and decided to stop by the roadside to take some nice photos.
Less than an hour drive from the Airport and we were at the beautiful Suite Hotel Atlantis Fuerteventura Resort.
Day 1 – Los Lobos by catamaran
After breakfast we jumped on our private catamaran heading north-east from Corralejo toward Los Lobos Island. We don’t feel that there’s much to add to these images…enjoy.
And these are our happy faces at the end of a great first day in Fuerteventura’s turquoise waters.
At night we still had some energy left to enjoy a couple of drinks all together. The night vibes in Corralejo are all you need to feel you’re truly on holiday.
