Day 3 – Diving, lunch at the Coco Beach Hotel and Sunset photography
After an exciting day around the island ending with looking at shooting stars, we had a free morning to chill out. Some of us, decided to go on a diving to discover the tropical fishes that live in Fuerteventura’s turquoise waters.
Our lunch was set at the five-star resort Coco Beach Lounge & Club part of the Atlantis Hotel Group.
Sorry for the lack of food pictures here, but we were genuinely concentrated in tasting it, we can guarantee it was delicious! Our favourite dish was the Papas Arrugardas, baby Canarian potatoes boiled in sea water served with mojo sauce.
After lunch we headed to the west of the island, el Cotillo to watch the sunset and take our final photos.
Our flight back home was waiting for us. Despite we weren’t immensely happy to leave that magic island, we were so grateful for the great time we had there. Fuerteventura is an unique place with beautiful nature and nice weather all-year-round and great Canarian food. We’ll definitely be back soon. And you?
