We’re excited to continue our collaboration with top chef James Martin with a range of delicious new in-flight meals launching this month.  The new meals range from braised barbecue beef brisket with mac ‘n’ cheese to spinach gnocchi in a butternut, herb & porcini mushroom sauce.

We went on board our first Manchester to Mykonos flight to see what our passengers thought of the new meals for summer ’17.

Meals are included on all our long-haul flights, and for short and mid-haul flights you can pre-order the tasty James Martin meals. Meals vary depending on the flight duration and destination, you can check our website for the short-haul, mid-haul, long-haul and premium menus.

    You do not seem to cater for Celiac travellers.
    My 11yr Downs grandson always refuses his Celiac meal, how can we sit & eat our meals. Solution we sort out what he can eat and share them with him. He would Love 100% pork sausages & mash with tomato sauce.
    At home we all eat the same exclude the gravy and give him tomato ketchup, problem solved.
    On a recent flight a few weeks ago the chicken & rice meal was great, take of the gravy , problem solved.

    Hi James and the team,

    We have just landed in Tunisia after our Thomas Cook flight.

    We had your gluten free option for breakfast. Beautifully presented and we both enjoyed it. One comment we would like to pass on would be that your muffin was very dense/heavy.

    Being gluten free we try many different muffins and know it could lighter as a breakfast muffin.

    A good option would be flapjack or similar.

    Hope you appreciate the feedback and we look forward ward to your meal on the way home
